Last Day — 30 Days Writing Challenge
Finally, the last day of me doing this 30 Days Writing Challenge. I must say I’m doing great while writing it.
I’m getting better, mentally. They were right,
Journaling helps control your symptoms and improve your mood by:
1. Helping you prioritize problems, fears, and concerns.
2. Tracking any symptoms day-to-day so that you can recognize triggers and learn ways to better control them.
3. Providing an opportunity for positive self-talk and identifying negative thoughts and behaviors.
I admit it. Other than doing this 30 Days Writing Challenge, I also do journaling/make scrapbook a little.
Yes, I feel better when writing. I can get to knowing myself more. My depression getting better (but I thing I still need to my therapist again). I realized that I enjoying writing and I don’t expect that. But sometimes for a few topics I need to use my brain more to think what I’m going to write.
I don’t think I’m gonna doing it again for next straight 30 days, but I think I still want to write here abt anything that just pop-up in my mind or when I want to write.
I just wanna say thankyou so much to whoever read this and my other writings in this 30 Days Writing Challenge, I really appreciate it. I also gonna say thanks to myself for survive this challenge.
luv luv..
